Aunt Alli has gone to a lot of work to prepared a fun day for Eric and me.
I wore my best pearls for the occasion.
Allison's house is filled with decorations for Christmas and my birthday!
Aunt Alli always makes me laugh!

Jason cooked up a wonderful Mexican meal.
Nana/Schla wouldn't miss the party for the world!
She volunteers to hold Luke.
But Luke prefers his Pa's lap. Did someone say "Football"?
Luke gets pretty excited when his team advances the ball.
Did I hear someone made a touchdown?
It's hard to see from this position.
Touchdown confirmed! Yes!
Meanwhile, I have to sit on the couch and wait to open presents
until everyone has finished eating.
Shla is still eating. Sigh...
They say patience is a virtue.
I wonder what's in those presents.
Eric joins me to help me kill time. I think he's as excited as I am.
Luke and Pa are still enthralled in the game.
Eric tells me what he's hoping to get.
But I don't think there's a present big enough to hold a BMW.
When I start to floss Eric's teeth, Allison decides it's time for the party to start!
I'm so excited!
Nana made the cake.
I'll handle blowing out the candles, Eric.
It's hard to keep this hat on and eat the cake
but I hate to spoil the mood.
Yummy!
And what's this?
Yea! Dora! Thanks, Pa and Shla!
And a new purse to go with my pearls!
And Dora pajamas!
Thank you!
Now to help Eric open his presents.
Here you go!
Clothes from Allison
A heart monitor from Mom and Dad.
Poor Eric!
He didn't get a Dora doll.
Mama says Luke's tired and we have to go.
It's been a wonderful birthday.
I wish I had one every week!
