Patrick and Amanda introduce Ava to Texas!
She quickly grew accustomed to
the high temps, especially since she could take a dip
in the pool whenever she got too hot.
After getting out of the pool, Ava made sand castles with her parents.
Then she went for a ride in the swing to dry off.
Patrick was always ready with his camera
using whatever was handy to steady his shot.
Ava gave her "Queen's" approval of her Pa.
She seemed to approve of her other Nana as well.
Then the cousins came to visit.
Luke seemed to make quite an impression.
He taught Ava a few wrestling moves.
Ava really liked meeting her Uncle Eric.
Mealtime in the family kitchen was extra special
with Nana and Pa slipping Ava extra goodies.
Ava's motto is:
What happens at Nana's stays at Nana's.
Sitting around the den after a meal was never
boring with Daddy in the picture!
Amanda and Aunt Maria compared babies.
Luke and Ava are just days apart.
Nana grabs Ava every chance she gets.
But Ava is obviously a "Daddy's Girl."
We miss you, Patrick, Amanda, and Ava!
