We chose a lot at the end of a Goodnight Trail's cul de sac.
The number is 2519.
The lot is triangular in shape which
will make for a very interesting backyard.
It backs up to a farm where goats and donkeys graze.
The neighbor to our right is one month ahead of us.
Much to our surprise, the wooden
outline of our new home was completed in a day.
Move in date is scheduled for sometime in July.
Ruth stands where a bedroom will be.
Henry stands in the dinette area,
overlooking the patio.
Within days, the trenches were dug
for the sewer and electric lines.
Ruth checks to make sure the trenches were
dug correctly!
Such deep trenches!
This one is the deepest...where the line from
the house runs into the city's sewer system.
