Banquet in Honor of Fr. Jonathan Loop

The head table awaits the guests of honor,
Fr. Loop and Mr. Kaiser.
Fr. Goshie had to leave to say Mass
at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

Soon the parish hall will be packed with families,
all wishing to congratulate Fr. Loop on his ordination.

A statue of St. Pope Pius X overlooks one of the newest
priests to the Society named in the saint's honor.

Generous parishioners brought lots of food.

Mr. Kaiser and Fr. Loop enjoy visiting with the parishioners
as they enjoy their meal.

Henry waits for the line to get shorter.

 Eric, the official photographer, takes
some great shots.

 Familiar faces to many potlucks,
the Cures wait their turn to eat.

Monica encourages Ana to join her for a picture.

Ana and Monica Garza hold the cake created in
their kitchen, using their talents.

Hard to see in this picture, but the top of the cake holds
an emblem that is also on Fr. Loop's Pall.

 Dad visits with Fr. Loop

 Dan Becker presents Fr. Loop
with gifts from the chapel parishioners.

He receives a Missale Romanum.

....a container for Holy Oils and a Pyx.
Parishioners also contributed to a gift of money.

Fr. Loop's step to the Deaconate, to Holy Orders, and his
first Solemn High Mass.
