What looked like a black, moldy stain, turned out to be
a large hole...big enough for a large animal, like a possum
to get through. Guess what...A possum got through.
Here you can see his head in a picture
taken from within the house.
taken from within the house.
Possums are nocturnal so it's unusual
to see them come out during the day.

Ours is not normal.
He comes out a little timidly
and then runs off over the roof.
and then runs off over the roof.
As I keep a lookout, Henry gets a ladder and
fills the hole with an old tarp.

Now we wait for Mr. Possum to return and
find the door to his abode locked.
We've got a Critter Guy coming over to see if there
are more where he came from. Cha-ching!
We also have a repair man coming to fix all the
rotten wood around the house. Cha-ching!
Henry decided that the bird feeders
outside his office window were the reason
the larger animals visit our house in unusual numbers.
He took down every bird feeder around the house,
shaking his fist into the air shouting,
"No more Mr. Nice Guy!"
